Established in 1972, Tylos Building Materials Est. W.L.L. is the flagship company of the group, responsible for supplying the best quality structural materials all over the Gulf. Initially managed by Tylos Building Materials Est., Tylos Oilfield Services W.L.L. became an independent establishment in 2008 due to the significant increase in business volume. For more than a decade now, it has been managing all oilfield-related business of Jaberi Group.

Located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Manama Montessori Training Centre (MMTC) offers training programs to prepare the next generation of Montessori educators who will work together in creating a more peaceful world. It is affiliated with Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in Amsterdam, making it the first AMI Teacher Training Centre in the Middle East.
