About Us

Jaberi Group is one of the oldest and most trusted industrial services companies in Bahrain, and one of the Kingdom’s primary stockists and traders of specialized construction and industrial materials.

The Group’s flagship company, Tylos Building Materials Est. (TBME) was founded in 1976, and has steadily grown into one of the largest family owned enterprises of its kind in the country. Sectors served by TBME include, among many others, Oil & Gas (O&G), Timber & Lumber, Manufacturing and Construction.

With the increasing industrialization of Bahrain’s economy, the Jaberi family responded to surging demand for more specialized materials and services by spinning off TBME’s O&G business into a separate entity. Registering TBME as a limited liability company in 2007, the Group launched Tylos Oilfield Services WLL in July the following year. The new company took over activities related to the supply of Pipes & Tubes, Flanges, Fittings, Stud Bolts, Valves, Gaskets, Drill Stems and other products required by the O&G, Aluminium, Construction, Electricity and Ship Repair industries.

September 2008 saw the launch of Jaberi Wooden Factories WLL (JWF), a company specializing in Timber & Lumber products and services, targeting both the industrial sector, and the home and office furniture market. As both a manufacturer and a stockist, JWF is today among the Gulf’s leading providers of Wooden Pallets, Boxes, Packing, Wood Working and Wood Design, serving the O & G, Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel industries.

Although focused on the Bahrain industrial sector, demand for the specialized products kept in stock by the Group often comes from other Gulf countries and sometimes even outside the region. The Group’s major clients include Bahrain Petroleum Company BSC (BAPCO), Tatweer Petroleum, Bahrain National Gas (BANAGAS), Arab Ship Repair Yard (ASRY), Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA), Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company BSC (GPIC), Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill Company (GARMCO) and Ramsis Engineering, and other major industrial operations.
